Paula Grainger BSc (Hons) MNIMH
practices as a medical herbalist in London. She has a
first class honours degree in herbal medicine from the
University of Westminster and is a member of The
National Institute of Medical Herbalists, founded in
1860.
She has now has her own complementary therapies clinic and natural health and beauty shop in Camden, called Lemon Balm. For further information, go here.
My philosophy
In my practice, I have discovered that the ongoing development of a therapeutic relationship leads to the most effective treatment is the only way to really improve understanding of your health and constitution. I have found this is often an important factor in the long term success of herbal medicine. Since herbal treatment is so specifically tailored for each individual, the concept of ‘one size fits all’ simply doesn’t work.
